The primary purpose of this position is to analyze, design, configure, support, and integrate HR enterprise systems including Workday and other major systems. This position will provide subject matter expertise within Workday configuration and functionality to propose solutions, support upgrades, system administration and configure enhancements. This roles primary responsibility is to manage system configurations in Workday such as master data, leave & absence management, business processes configuration for workflow approval, custom & calculated field configuration, and develop standard, custom, proxy and ad-hoc reports. This role will also be involved in assessment and evaluation of other HR technologies. This is accomplished by having an in-depth understanding of various HR Technology business processes, analyzing of system features and functionality, developing and analyzing reports, problem solving, conducting application research and arriving at solutions with the goal of managing defects, changes, broke-fixes, enhancements, and process improvement. This role leads system feature and functionality research, analysis, documentation, and problem solving of issues or enhancement requests and provides alternative solutions to resolve various requests or processes. Occasionally, this position will manage smaller projects including effectively communicate project progress, project timeline, external consultant or contracts, and work closely with IT department in HR system assessment, evaluation and implementation.
