    Position Profile

    Brief Description:

    This generalist, HR Professional (HRBP/ Manager) will provide both strategic and operational expertise in all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, learning & development, employee relations, and HR operations.

    Essential Functions

    • Assist in the ongoing HR support of  the US Commercial organization
    • Establish relationships within the client organization, to develop general understanding of both the business functions and team inter-relationships
    • Support in the daily operations of many HR activities, from interviewing, onboarding support, leader assimilation, org changes, systems changes and updates
    • Assist Lead HRBP in project work supporting business planning and HR delivery, including pulling metrics with analysis
    • Facilitate learning and development programs, or internal team programs, as needed
    • Conduct initial interviews, as well as exit interviews
    • Work with comp and benefits to review and provide guidance to the client group on compensation changes, level/re-level requests, in coordination with best practice, and market data
    • Serve as a contact for employees to raise questions, concerns or make suggestions
    • Support various engagement programs to further promote an innovative and collaborative working environment
    • Maintain / update employee records through Workday
    • Assures compliance with all local, state and federal employment laws

    Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    • Effective problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
    • A high initiative, “can do" mindset
    • Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner
    • Experience working with client teams through fast-paced organizational design and operational change

    Required/Preferred Education and Licenses

    • BA in a related field with 5-7+ years of relevant experience
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with all levels within the organization
    • Knowledge of Human Resource laws, HR business processes and systems, and regulations required
    • Life sciences background a plus
